Quick Cranial Touch (QCT)

Quick Cranial Touch (QCT), a simple light touch technique that has the capability to melt stress in just three minutes or less. QCT can b

e used for a wide range of stresses, including headaches, bangs , broken bones, chills, overheating, tiredness, pain of any kind, numbness, and even angst at end of life. The technique is simple, but practicing it can challenge our assumptions and call into question our stories of ourselves, our capabilities, and how we can participate in processes of health for ourselves and others.

we will explore the technique together and observe ourselves, our thought processes, and those of others. We will also directly sense into and co-sense with others to explore meaning-making. us to directly observe and learn from each other, each coming up with our own conclusions and our own "art" of how we may wish to take our learnings forward.

Although the basics of this tool were likely found in all traditional cultures, the tradition I come from is cranial osteopathy from the early 1900's and I also follow current day cutting-edge practical and theoretical developments related to robotics, AI, the capacity of frogs to regenerate missing legs and a whole range of tools that anyone can instantly apply to get themselves out of all manner of distress with the potential to direct us at growth and learning. Be prepared to be surprised and to learn in a collective process of direct observation and sense-making.
