Today's check-out. Dimi & I did our big strategy work for ST last week (called PSP). We're focused at particular results by Febr. 1. One item is to post daily "nuggets" so whoever wants to know, can find it. Today is Day 1, and I want to send you.

We sent out a call "Hey! We just got news that the Retreat House we've been following for a couple years will be available within a couple months. Dimi and I are clear that as Studio Tainan we'll rent the house. So, it would be a great support to hear what issues and opportunities come to your mind so Dimi and my plan can develop quickly. Our ideal running situation will have a group of at least 5 as the core decision makers keeping the whole thing smooth. First we are building the clear picture from our perspective, so thanks for helping us think fast and fully!!!"
